A. Fishman & Son manufactures a line of fine quality diamond, emerald, sapphire and ruby jewelry in Platinum and 18Kt. gold. It includes wedding rings, insert rings, fancy rings, pendants, necklaces, earrings, brooches and bracelets.

Diamond and Precious Stone Quality
We use fine quality diamonds, emeralds, sapphires and rubies. Our diamond quality is consistently G to H Color, VVS1-VS1 Clarity, unless otherwise specified. We can also produce with other qualities on special order. (Back to Top)

Guarantee of Diamond and Precious Stone Weights
The price of fine jewelry depends not only on the workmanship, but also on the quality and carat weight of diamonds and precious stones contained in the item. Just like diamond grades can be inflated to make them sound like a "bargain," so diamond weights and qualities can be inflated to give you the impression that the price is a bargain. Of course, both are dishonest.

How to Order Jewelry
Orders for any piece of jewelry can be given by phone (800-223-0155), fax (212-302-2548) or e-mail: josh@afishman.com .

Most jewelry items featured can be produced in various price ranges, with various qualities, semi-mounted or half-way around. When items are duplicated, weights and prices may vary.

In addition, while most rings are produced in size 6, we can either size the ring to fit your finger size (if ring is half-way) or manufacture a new ring to your exact size. Prices may vary depending on the size and the finished diamond and/or precious stone weight.

The items shown in our on-line catalog (see Table of Contents), are all actual photos of existing jewelry items.

Terms of Sale and Refund Policy

For all items which are in stock and ready to ship, payment in full in advance is required.
For custom orders or special orders, a 50% deposit is required prior to starting work, with the balance due prior to shipment.
Payment by personal check (to be cleared), cashier's or bank check, or wire transfer are accepted. Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
Please include $25.00 for shipping.

REFUND POLICY

Stock Items: We will accept for return and cash refund (your purchase price less actual shipping expense as shown on your invoice) all jewelry items which are returned to us within 30 days of receipt by you, if received by us in the same new condition as sent.

Loose Diamonds: We will accept for return and cash refund (your purchase price less actual shipping expense as shown on your invoice and any Gemological Laboratory verification and inscription services expenses incurred on your behalf prior to shipment and shown on your invoice) any diamond which is returned within 30 days of receipt by you, upon verification by us that the diamond is the same diamond, and in the same condition, as sent by us to you.

Special or Custom Orders: All sales are final and no returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted. (Back to Top)

Re: Shipping Expenses and Gemological Laboratory Expenses: We will advise you prior to your decision to purchase what, if any, shipping or Gemological Expenses you are responsible for in the event of a return. Shipping expenses are actual shipping and insurance costs we incur and are based on the value of the purchase. Gemological Expenses are our actual cost for verification and inscription services and are based on the carat weight of the diamond. Assuming the diamond was inscribed prior to shipment, there are no additional costs for new verification upon return.
