Hi Josh and Lynne,
I received the package from you on Monday. It
was sitting on my chair, a big box just like you said. As I started to
tear open the box, I started to wonder how the diamond would look. Inside
the big box was a smaller box--I felt like it was my birthday and I was a little
kid again, gushed with great anticipation. In that smaller box was a yet
an even smaller box, an elegant red leather ring box. I didn't open it
right away. I looked for the seams and gently turned, rotated and flipped
the box until I knew I had the box turned the right way so that when I opened it
the ring would be facing right at me right side up. I wanted to catch the
sparkle of the diamond the moment I laid my eyes on it. Well, Josh and
Lynne, when I opened the box, I was blown away. The diamond not only
sparkled, it was brilliant white and dazzling. I knew that you had given
me a truly beautiful diamond. The diamond is one of those diamonds that
catches your eye, it is so beautiful. When we talked about your diamonds, you
called it your "regret" diamond, and you are absolutely right. I see what
you mean now.
When I left work that day and took the ring home
with me, I could not wait to give the ring to my fiancé and see the look in her
eyes. Now keep in mind that she's not the type to be easily impressed.
Well, she was blown away by it, too. I mean she just couldn't take her
eyes off of it. She just stared at it and stared at it, turning and
rotating the ring, moving it closer and farther away. I was right beside
her looking at the diamond with her. We were both impressed by how white
the bright diamond looked in the light. Even in dim light the diamond
gives off a white radiance. We even put it up against a white sheet of
paper, and it was even whiter than the paper. Now how sick is that!?!?
I couldn't have asked for a better rock.
My fiancé confessed to me that she didn't think I
was going to pull it off. She and I had gone to many jewelry stores and looked
at "thousands" of diamonds in every category of color and clarity. We even
looked at the New Century diamonds, and they looked good. This diamond you
sent to us looks even better than that New Century diamonds we saw. She
said in the beginning she could not believe that I would trust a stranger and
buy a diamond sight unseen from a jeweler I didn't know who is all the way in
New York City. But after seeing the diamond, she said I did good, really
good, and she was very impressed with the diamond.
We thank you very much for the magnificent diamond.
My fiancé said that this is one that will be our family heirloom. You not
only made me look good, you made me look like a genius. I placed my trust
in you even though you were across the country in New York and paid for the
diamond without ever seeing it first. But I had a good feeling about you
after talking with you and understanding your business ethics and philosophy.
Thank you for honoring my trust and coming through with such a fine, fine
diamond. You are da bomb, Josh. As I said, you will be our family
jeweler from now on. Our wedding is this Saturday, July 3rd. Thank you for
rushing the ring and getting it to me in time for it. You are truly a
master jeweler. I feel so proud of myself and you, believe it or not, that
I have gone around telling my friends about you. Friends who have seen the
diamond have asked, and I have given your cards to them. Please send me a
few more cards so I can give them out.
If you are ever in Hawaii, you have to look us up.
Thank you again for everything and thank you for the awesome diamond ring.

Hi
Josh,
I'm sure you get email like this
all of the time, but I wanted to thank you for the beautiful diamond I purchased
from you a couple of weeks ago. I had the diamond set and my wife loves
it.
I know I didn't purchase the most
expensive diamond in your inventory, in fact I'm sure it was one of the least
expensive, but you still treated me like I was important. Best of all, the
diamond was exactly what you said it would be. I will recommend you to my
friends.
Thanks for all of your help,

Hi Josh,
I hope your holidays went well and that things are going well for you in NY.
I gave the ring to Adrianne a couple of weeks ago and she loved it. The
stone looks fantastic in that setting- your honest advice really helped me with
the selection process.
I wanted to say again how pleased I am with the quality of your service and your
approach regarding this sale. It was a pleasure doing business with you,
which is a statement I sincerely doubt I would be making had I chosen to go with
some of your competitors on the street.
Feel free to contact me through e-mail or by calling me at work.
Thanks again, Charlie Agulla Atlanta, GA __________________________________________________________________________________
